I’m very excited to say that Anita and I will be visiting the wine country this week.  Not only will we be visiting our family but meeting with our friends in the wine industry.  All my anticipation for this visit has reminded me of my last trip.

It was a sunny day in downtown Napa and we just finished meeting with vendors for our wedding.  All the wineries were closed for the day so we decided to walk around the downtown area to find a tasting room.  Lucky I remembered that Goosecross Cellars had a special shared tasting room in downtown called “Wineries of Napa Valley”.

We quickly made our way there and had a wonderful experience with Mark Ron who was working that day and took excellent care of us.  I had the great opportunity to taste the Goosecross flagship Chardonnay that was crisp and elegant.  Taste like biting into a fresh juice pear!
