To answer this question I went to Chef Greg Johnson at Zinsvalley, my favorite restaurant in downtown Napa. After Greg tasted the Petit Verdot he knew exactly what to make and let me tell you… he was right on the money!

Love your video, it has a nice flow to it and really shows a great meal coming together to pair with a nice wine. I have eaten at Zins Valley many times and I totally agree, their food is fantastic. I’ve had a version of the dish he made for you and it is really, really good. The reduction sauces that he makes enhances his dishes to a new level; and the deserts are off the hook, Yummmm! The atmosphere is very relaxed and casual and it feels like you’re enjoying a great meal at home. Chef Greg Johnson and his wife Teresa are doing an amazing job at Zins, they both are soo friendly and approachable that I look forward to visiting the restaurant regularly. especially on Burger night. I highly recommend that when visiting the Napa Valley or if you live in the area, go to Zins Valley Restaurant, You will NOT! be disappointed………
