What is the perfect pairing for the Murphy-Goode Petit Verdot?  To answer this question I went to Chef Greg Johnson at Zinsvalley, my favorite restaurant in downtown Napa.  After Greg tasted the Petit Verdot he knew exactly what to make and let me tell you… he was right on the money!
